We ship via several methods and reuse packing materials whenever possible. An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. We charge flat rates to keep it simple. Some destinations cost more than others. We try to break even on average. We try to ship within a few days after receiving your order. Sometimes it can take a week or two because many items are made in our own machine shop as the orders come in. If it is going take longer we will make sure it is ok with you.


     Riding and modifying a motorcycle is done so at the owners discretion and risk. IndianAftermarket, it's owners, and employees can not control the use or misuse of it's products and can not be held responsible for any injury or damage caused by the use of it's products. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect and have any products properly installed in a manner that will insure safe operation of the motorcycle. Your state may have laws that override part or all of these statements. It is the intent of this company that the customer needs to be aware of what they are buying and how they use it. IndianAftermarket limits it responsibility to replacement or refund of a defective part. Buying our products indicates that you agree with these terms.


     California has laws against modifying the emissions on a motor vehicle. Therefore we will not ship performance parts to California. You are responsible to modify your bike in a way that conforms to your local jurisdiction.


     We ship anywhere Indians ride. However, the rules and taxes are changing rapidly. We now require that you hire a Frieght Forwarding company located in the U.S. they will give you an address we can ship to in the U.S. Then they will handle the international shipping challenges for you. You can place your order on this website. Then send an email to us with the address of the Freight Forwarding company. We have customers in Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, England, Germany, Japan, France, Sweden, New Zealand, numerous middle east countries among others.


     We offer 30 day moneyback on all our products. Exceptions include international orders, electronic products, and merchandise damaged or scratched by the customer. Shipping fees will be paid by the customer. If your purchase seems to break for reasons not your fault please contact us so we can learn why and replace or repair it. This service generally last for one year but feel free to call even after a year.
