Hard Bag Leather Fringe

This fringe is real leather (treated for weather) and is 4 1/2" long. It is attached to thin ABS plastic. The Plastic has 3M double stick tape to adhere it to any hard bag. It is 22" long and you can cut it for smaller bags. Available in Tan or Black leather
